Another year that sportauto is partner of Audi R8 LMS cup, supporting the cup since 2014.

New this year is that the cup transforms into a Privateer cup and for the first time ever starting in Australia, at the legendary Adelaide 500, where Senna celebrated his last win and Schumacher had his Hill Crash.

The program at Adelaide 500 looks promosing, along with SuperUtes, Touring Car Masters, Flying trucks, Porsche Carrera Cup Australia and the famous Dunlop Cup, Audi R8 LMS Cup will celebrate its debut on Australian red earth.
In particular on road tarmac at the street track of Adelaide.

A new addition to the cup is NINE Entertainment, a Chinese company that invests in and produces films and TV series. The company will enter the GT4 category with star drivers selected from its roster of Chinese music and acting talent, including film star Han Geng.

After the Australian debut, the season is followed by races at Germany’s famous Nürburgring Grand Prix circuit and China’s Ningbo and Shanghai race tracks before closing the season at Malaysia’s Sepang International Circuit.
