NIO has Won Three Awards at Automotive Brand Contest 2017

  • NIO EVE vision car earns “Best of Best” award at German Design Council
  • NIO takes home two other awards for brand design and digital appearance

Global electric vehicle start-up NIO has won three awards at the renowned Automotive Brand Contest 2017. The company won in the “Concepts”, “Brand Design” and “Digital” categories.

NIO’s Vice President of Design, Kris Tomasson, who oversees all brand creative functions and automotive design aspects, said, “I am really happy winning the award. And of course, I want to thoroughly thank my team. The awards clearly also go to them. Winning in these categories, is a terrific recognition of our hard work, ambition, relentless energy and sense for the aesthetic and technical detail.”

NIO EVE showcases the future of autonomous driving. From daily commuting to road trips, from school runs to nights out, EVE constantly learns about its occupants and their preferences.
